The RE-BORN SUMMER MASTERCLASS

This masterclass is organized by the ladies of CREATE MORE. After a training session by Stacey Seedorf in Venlo in 2023, the ladies started ordering RE-BORN SPORTS clothing to anchor that reborn feeling they experienced after this meeting. This is how I got connected with Petra. It turns out we have a lot of similarities, so the click was quickly made.

The ladies Petra, Ageeth and Lydia, all systemic trainer & coach, each with their own expertise, together form Create More. Their mission is to help others: Bring flow back into your life, so that you can live your full potential. If you can inspire someone else to do the same, we will create a more beautiful world together. Their holistic vision is that everything is connected and that there is a universal force that binds us all. With this intention they organized the RE-BORN SUMMER MASTERCLASS on August 2-3, 2024. In the middle of greenery in a unique location on a beautiful estate in the national forests of Drenthe. This 2-day masterclass took place in the open air. This Re-Born Summer Masterclass is mainly aimed at further awakening your own master. You are central these days, find your Re-Born!

How magical and beautiful it was!  

Saturday morning at 7:00 am I leave Amsterdam for Drenthe. The ladies had asked me to also sell clothing from RE-BORN SPORTS during these days. This way all students can anchor their RE-BORN feeling!  

After a 2-hour drive I arrived in Gasselte, the sun was shining, and some tents already set up in the grass. I also set up my borrowed tent with some help, because honestly, I'm not a camper. After coffee we sat in a circle under the large open tent. We all drew a card and the introduction round started. Some tears were already shared in this round, people have already experienced a lot that has not yet been processed.  

We underwent a reset through a cold bath session under the fantastic guidance of Gerrie Schnoing (koudetrainer.nl), coach & cold trainer. Gerrie was trained at the Wim Hof ​​academy and is an official instructor in the Wim Hof ​​method. Gerrie is also a speaker and coach and helps people push their boundaries. Gerrie is our supervisor during the cold bath sessions.It was a common thread these days to go from the head to the heart. Gerrie's wonderful guidance during the cold bath unleashed a strength in everyone. It was a powerful part of the program, and it turned out to be an opening and an invitation to the Re-Born version! 

I was personally really looking forward to this, it had been on my bucket list for a while. When I got into the tub everything was fine, but when I sat down my breathing became very short due to the shock reaction. By bringing peace to your breathing, you light the fire within yourself. So focus on your breathing and you will automatically become calmer. I can proudly say that all participants (15 -20 people) took a bath. The sun was shining, so we were wonderfully warmed by the sun's rays again. 

When everyone had shared and processed their experience again, we started a meditation. Very inspiring. Then we started doing a systemic setup. I was also really looking forward to this, because I had heard a lot about it, but had never experienced it before.   

A constellation is a clear means to reveal unconscious, obstructive and often invisible patterns, ties and blockages, so that you can actually create space for change. Many of these unconscious patterns have their origins in the family of origin. We take these patterns with us from an unconscious loyalty. When you take your place in the family system, you receive the flow that is essential for how your life runs, and that ensures that you gain more insight and control over your life.

WOW, what a special experience this was. This weekend was about energy, well the energy during this systemic setup was incredible. Emotions ran high, but all kinds of unexpected feelings arose in me too; from chills, to headaches, to relief, everything passed by. At first it was like a play for me, but I soon felt completely involved in this “spectacle”.  Are you facing any blockages in your life; gonna do this! It is also called family constellation. In addition to breath (air) & cold (water), there was of course also fire. A fire ceremony is a beautiful ritual to release fixed patterns, beliefs and conditioning. All obstructing cartridges were given to the fire. We also did a Quantum Timeline Jump about the dark sides that we all have. The drum sounds in particular made a lot of sense, very special. After the process of accepting, letting go and saying goodbye (all written on paper and burned in the fire), we threw our wishes into the fire using a Palo Santo stick, so that the fire could take our wishes into the universe.  The beautiful visible starry sky made the fire ceremony even more magical than it already was. Time to go to “sleep” in my tent!   

The next morning (after little sleep due to the cold) we left early for a beautiful mindful silence walk and morning dip in the Gasselterveld. Attention was paid to nature, to the body and the breath, which brought us into the NOW and allowed us to enjoy and reconnect with ourselves.  

Upon returning from the walk there was time for yoga and meditation. A wonderful lesson to connect with the earth and the universe. After coffee there was another beautiful meditation in which the ancestral field was honored. This is a force field that we can connect with more deeply. No matter how we look at it, we have ancestors, and we stand in a field in which everyone is connected to their ancestors. These insights determine the life force and life energy. 

A nice morning on the way to our Re-Born itself. Speaking of RE-BORN, it's about time I put my clothing store on display! Fortunately, I was able to make many participants happy with a RE-BORN anchor and reminder of the weekend.  

Around noon the Master in transformation and RE-BORN arrived: Stacey Seedorf. He was going to take us into a fantastic Re-Born workshop. He told his own life story with passion. Everyone received a beautiful sodalite (stone) from him. The meditation that followed was intense and powerful. After the meditation, Stacey took us to a beautiful 5D Tribal Transformation Ceremony. Stacey took us into a beautiful story about his grandmother from Suriname. The ritual that followed was intense and powerful. What a wonderful experience accompanied by powerful drums and sounds; it was, among other things, warming, enlightening, liberating, and connecting.

After this ceremony, Stacey read part of his latest book “From Reacting to Creating”, containing the core of the message “React less & Create More”. The book is highly recommended and is about the law of attraction. Here Stacey brings together all his experience and knowledge about quantum physics and epigenetics. 

Finally, in our Re-Born versions it was time to close with the message:  

Make the rest of your life, the best of your life! 

Words are unnecessary, this was an amazing experience. A memory never to be forgotten. Everyone went home in a different RE-BORN version. That was the goal and intention for this masterclass. In short, mission accomplished!
