Return form

You have a cooling down period of 14 days to return your order without reasons, starting at the day that you received your package. From the date you let us know you will return a product, you still have 14 days to return the package. We can only accept the return is the product is not worn and washed and if possible in original package. Please always keep the hangtags on the product if you return it. 

Return costs inside the Netherlands are free, but if you send a return package outside the Netherlands, the return costs are for your own account. 

Ones we have received the package, we will pay the open amount within 14 days to your account.

When you have ordered a product online, you will receive an email once your package is on its way. If you click on the tracking number link you will get to the delivery information page. On this page is the return button visible. Once you have received your order and you are not happy with your product, you can start the return process here.
