What methods of payment do you accept?

Are your selling prices that are mentioned on your website including VAT?
Yes, all the prices that are mentioned on our website are including VAT.
Why do you need my mobile number?
If we have any problems with your order or shipping we may contact you via telephone. We will not pass on your telephone number to any third parties apart from our courier company for delivery information.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
At the moment we do not sell gift vouchers. Please let us know if you wish to buy this and you like to add this to our assortment at email@example.com.
What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
If there is a problem with your RE-BORN SPORTS order please contact our friendly Amsterdam based Customer Care Team by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is free inside the Netherlands. For shipping outside the Netherlands, please look at the cost overview per country.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery will be at the given address within 3 working days in the Netherlands, ordered before 6pm. If your order is for delivery outside of the Netherlands, please check the delivery overview per country.
Which delivery options can I choose?
We work with POST NL and have the options to deliver at home or pick up at a POST NL collection point. You can indicate this when choosing the delivery method when you check out.
How can I track my order?
We work with POST NL and POST NL provides each package with a Track & Trace code. With this code you trace your package and see when it will be delivered.
In what kind of packaging do I receive my order?
In the RE-BORN SPORTS webshop we work with 3 types of packaging. A mailbox envelope (60% recycled fabric), a medium plastic bag (60% recycled fabric) and a cardboard box. Each order will be carefully packed in a nice bag that can be re-used. We have paid a lot of attention to our packaging and we hope you will be happy with it.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be delighted when you shop with us, but we also understand that when you purchase online, you may want to return items that are not suitable. Returns are always free of charge inside the Netherlands. The goods need to have the hangtags still on the product and the product can not be worn or washed.
We use a return policy of 14 days. Within these 14 days you can return your item(s).
Return shipments will be refunded within 14 days after we receive your package. We will transfer this amount to the account with which the payment has been made.
How do I return an item?
If you like to return an item, you need to download your returnlabel from the RE-BORN SPORTS website, please print the label and include this in the return package and stick the return address on the package. If you would like to share your reason for return, that would be great, so we can learn. You can deliver the package at a POST NL collection point and always keep your receipt.
Can I exchange an item?
All items bought in the RE-BORN SPORTS webshop can be returned. If you want to exchange an item for another item or a different size or colour, you have to send the item back and you will have to place a new order in the webshop, so you can not exchange an item.
