DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery costs are FREE within the Netherlands.
Delivery is with you within 3 working days, ordered before 6pm.
If you like to receive your delivery outside the Netherlands, please see our shipping cost overview for the countries to where we deliver.
RETURNS & CONDITIONS:
Returns are free of costs inside the Netherlands.
If you have returns outside the Netherlands, the costs are for your own account.
Conditions and rules:
- The item(s) should be intact with the labels attached
- The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse
- Exchanging an item is unfortunately not possible
- Should you receive an item in a less than perfect state, please report it to our Customer Service via email@example.com as soon as possible.
You must also create your return authorization within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you're having second thoughts about your product, do not worry; you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it. Returning products within the Netherlands are free of charge. Outside the Netherlands the return costs are for your own account. Please return the product without any damaging and not washed.
You will receive a tracking email before your delivery, if you click on the tracking number, you will also see a return button. Once you have received your package, you can use the return button and follow the process.
We work with PostNL to deliver our products, so to return your order, please bring your package to a postal or package service from PostNL. We advise you to keep the track ‘N trace number until you receive confirmation of arrival of the package.
