Lea’s Journey: From Dance to Mindfulness

Lea has an impressive background in dance, having performed on prominent stages worldwide. Dance allowed her to express emotions and excel in her craft.

In 2007, Lea became a mother to her son, Mikai. His birth marked a shift in her priorities, transitioning her dance career into a new chapter: guiding others. As a group fitness instructor, Lea specialized in various forms of bodywork and discovered the healing power of movement.

The Power of Breathwork

Three years ago, during a challenging period, Lea discovered breathwork. Through mindfulness and breathing techniques, she regained her life balance—her own RE-BORN moment. This sparked a new passion. Lea completed her training as a Holistic Breathwork Coach at Herleva and now guides others on their path to recovery and personal growth through her breathwork sessions and retreats. “My journey with RE-BORN SPORTS began through Odette, the founder, whom I met through family. From the moment I saw her brand, I was captivated. The name alone—RE-BORN! The idea of feeling reborn resonates perfectly with my vision as a fitness and breathwork coach. RE-BORN isn’t just about physical strength but also about mental and emotional balance.

During my first ayahuasca journey, I consciously wore RE-BORN clothing. That feeling of emerging reborn, complete with profound insights, aligned perfectly with what RE-BORN SPORTS represents. That experience became a catalyst for my personal growth and led me to my breathwork coaching career. Even the name of my breathwork training, Herleva, felt serendipitously connected—as if fate had guided me to where I was meant to be.”
