Meet our vendor: SCOOP from Portugal

To choose our vendor partner to produce our RE-BORN SPORTS collection was easy: Scoop, located in Portugal. Odette has worked closely with them for 9 year and is part of the family, as this is what Scoop is famous for. They treath their workers, makers and clients as family. Scoop is an export company, concentrating on the clothing industry, that stands out for its highly experienced and dedicated teams. Scoop produces for various brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Portuguese Olympic Winter team 2018 and many more.

As sustainability becomes more important to the health of our planet, it will become critical that we find ways in which we can implement sustainability practices into all aspects of the manufacturing of textiles and finished apparel. Sustainability is the top priority for Scoop and their passion.

Scoop embraced the challenge of to improving cotton production practices by joining the BCI-Better Cotton Initiative as a clothing manufacturer, involving the entire supply chain. They have designed a special collection to reduce wasted fabrics. This is what RE-BORN SPORT supports as well. We will bring together with Scoop special added styles from wasted fabrics, so it will not be destroyed, but fabric will become “re-born” in a new style.
